♥ Product(s) will be delivered to your doorstep within 5 - 10 working days once payment is made (depends on locations).
♥ The use of photographic images may defer slightly from actual product details but we have made every effort to display the colors of our product that appears on the site as accurately as possible . Please note that the product colours you see will depend on your monitor's ability to read the colours. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's evaluation of product colour will accurately reflect the product upon delivery as sometimes colours might be slightly different due to picture resolution and lighting effect.

Return and Exchange Policy :
We love the products we sell - so much so that we can confidently guarantee your complete satisfaction.
All our products, once sold, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Return and exchange will only be allowed for items with manufacturer's defects.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately at email@example.com

We will issue you a Product Return Confirmation E-mail and the return item(s) must reach us within 7 days from the date of the Product Return Confirmation E-mail.
Pacifier and teether need to be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact. Items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box may not be accepted. Shipping fees are not refundable.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service as we will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
